Good god no, no need for another forum, and it will be no different to what is happening now, posters won't move to a different forum to post about LFC and what is happening with breaking news.

What is needed is one decent thread on investment, (breaking news, discussion on options, merits etc) where serious discussion can take place without it going off topic or people saying I hate Parry or shut up you gimp type ****.

The rantings should still go on though of course, there are times when we need cathartic discussion to get it off our chest, but not in the main thread, those rants will still appear as something breaks in the news.

Sometimes threads will have to be merged, or posts even moved from one thread to another (prob mainly from serious to rants direction)

People sounding off is going to happen regardless. People are charged and you wont get reasoned debate from many people until we know more facts. Even then, people are angry. We havent had this kind of ****e happen since the Gerrard saga and I doubt you had reasoned and thought out debate then. Let people sound off against Moores or whoever, it makes no dds in the grand scheme of things, all thats need to be policed is if people start calling each other pricks.

The DIC guys seemed to be genuine supporters, Al-Ansari's statement seemed to be truly heartfelt

Perhaps a temp forum woud be for the best then. At least then it wouldn't clog up the LFC forum.

Agree in the majority, I've never said we should prevent any poster posting, but there should be one place in these uncertain times where a good discussion can take place without it degenerating into a slanging match between posters or slagging off of The Clubs employees, or the thread going wildly off topic even.

With it being understandable, surley then you just have to wade through it all until it calms down a bit? Once people have calmed down and we know a bit more then we can have serious discussions, until then its a bit of a pointless exercise because even in a serious thread, someone will say something and someone will come in all guns blazing.
