the point is mate. NO-ONE other than michael shields can say 100% wether he done it or not. All the evidence suggests extremely strongly to me that he didnt. But the point you are missing is that he was never given a fair trial and that is what upsets people the most. What happened to michael was disgusting. NO-ONE is saying that what happened to the bulgarian waiter should have happened.
If michael is ever given a proper trial and IF he is proven innocent, then that waiter has a lot to answer for by pointing the finger at michael.
I think you are just trying to say something controversial to cause a unnecessary argument so you can get some attention.
If I am wrong I apologize, but i think it would be better if you just stick to what this thread is about.

I don't know enough of the facts to form a view about the guilt or innocence of a fellow Wavertree Red, but I recall seeing a TV show where the victim positively identified Micheal Shields as his assailant. Anyone else see it?

I take it that you didnt watch the rest of the show then, were it showed you that he was basically told to point michael out? The point to this is not wether you believe the lad is guilty or not though anyway. I have seen enough evidencre to suggest to me that he could not have possibly done it.

The main point you havent grasped here though mate is that HE DID NOT GET A FAIR TRIAL.

Michael didnt stand a chance in court, he was basically charged as guilty before he even got to court.

And the fact that the ****ehole of a court refused to even look at a statement from graeme ****bag sankey admitting that it was him shows them up for the corrupt horrible ****s that they are.
