Not according to the guest that was just on 5Live. Moores had an agreemt to sell to DIC but no formal offer was ever made.

Judging by all the reports i've read today and thats a hell of a lot, they only made an offer in principal, not a formal offer, thus they can come back in whenever they want.

I don't think it matters because they were listed potential offerors on the takeover panel list and have withdrawn from that now. I should add I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about
