So what you want AFII, is for the owner of our beloved club to just bend over and take it up the tradesmans just because some rich shiekh who is used to getting his own way tells him to????

    BOLLOCKS!!!!

If the 12 hour deadline **** is true then fair play to Auld Moores I say

Why should he allow himself be pushed around? That would only send a message out that LFC are desperate for a takeover and therefore put Moores and the Board into a postion of weakness in regards to the sale.

As I said in the other thread, none of us know WTF is really going on so we should just chill and let the businessmen do their jobs.

Wheter we like it or not we just have to trust Moores and Parry*

*Just for the record I do trust them with my beloved LFC because they haven't given me any real reason not to

        No.

What I want is that our owner doesn't make any agreements with anyone before they make a bid if he has done that.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I have already answered that question.

If they did that without a good reason then they can **** off.

Fair enough, but instead we should be happy to accept Parry's assurances that we should trust him after he's spent the last two months waxing lyrical about how great DIC were going to be for the club? I am still of the belief that if the DIC offer was as good as what Parry said there would have been no need for a 12 hour consideration period, they would have accepted on the spot.

The way I see it, if you've spent a lot of time and money over a 2 month period exclusively negotiating with someone, and all the time they've given you the impression they want to proceed, then all of a sudden they want to consider a higher bid, you have every right to be pissed off. You can see how the impression might be that the buyer wants to initiate a bidding war.

                          Oh, hang on.
You say that Moores and Parry are dishonest by walking out on an "agreed" deal in principle, but others can walk out if they have a good reason?

Isn't this the whole point of the due dilligence - to ascertain the true value of the entity you are purchasing?

Let me tell you this, on the property portfolio we have just exchanged on at work, the initial offer from the purchasers was something like £260m, after due dilligence the final purchase price was £205m. You cannot ascertain the true value of the assets until after due dilligence has been completed.
