good point about Gillett not commenting publicly about LFC...surely that's much more 'the Liverpool way' than DIC's charm offensive/leaking 7 year plans/PR exercises playing that leak down?

If I remember rightly the Glazers were similar with Manure, and I don't see many of their fans complaining at the position they're in right now. All the Mancs that ran off sulking to make their own team must feel a bit silly now

Probably the best supported team in the NHL. Used to be the bollocks but since Gilette took over they've been bollocks.

I am residing where the team he owns now. They are a solid unit with a great captain(Koivu whos Finish).
No superstars, they all work hard, their manager is an ex player who has won the Stanley Cup(the league if you like) & they won the most championships, 24 in total THE MOST by any team, almost forgot they wear RED
The parallels between us & them is uncanny.

they like him man, he let Carbonneau the coach do his business on the rink while he sits back and proivde.
The city is buzzing over the team this year cos they are a tight unit with a good chance of doing well.
