    Squad fitness

Each game they need to forget the previous result and fight as if their lives depended on it.

There are 39 points to play for, the threat of finishing outside the top 4 is reducing by the day, so we really having nothing to lose.

This is where the much maligned squad rotation should push us on. We were also looking very tired at the beginning of the season as they were being pushed so that a pileup of fixtures would seen the norm. I'm very confident about the fitness levels of our players and think they are probably at the peak of what Rafa always wanted. I can see us hurting same teams late on in a game now where they will start to tire as all the usual end of season tiredness quotes are already flying about for some teams.

We seem to get very few muscle injuries now. Most of the injuries we get are from contact.
Are we the only team that does the warming down after every game? You always see the players back out on the pitch about 20 mins after the game has finished doing laps of the piych. Bet they must love that
