We also need better pre-season training, better friendlies, and to really work on enabling new players to gel together - all three of Rafa's seasons with us have started badly and I can't stand seeing our title chances blown by the middle of October again.

Feel like what exactly? That it is highly improbable that we will win the league? Even though some of us feel that winning the league is unrealistic it won't stop any of us from hoping we win all our remaining games.

Do you really think the players reckon they will win the league? And if they don't do you really think that will affect their desire to win all their remaining games?

It's not about settling for third, it's just that it represents our most REALISTIC final placing.

even if that means having to play 2 extra qualifying CL game in August? I would rather 2nd than 3rd thank you very much. Of course, 1st is the nicest. But if it weren't us winning it, i don't give a ****e who does.
