    Henry "Can Go"

Talk off Henry being lined up to move away from Arsenal for £25m

    a, can we afford him?
b, would Arsenal deal with us?
c, would he turn down Madrid for us?
    d, do we want him?

He'd go abroad........don't think he'd play for another team in England after all those years with Arse...

    Nice to dream though......

He would have been a great signing two or three years ago. He is injured to much now.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

was talking to one of the heads of football dept at work recently (gooner and obviously quite well connected) and he says there are a few whispers in the arsenal corridors of power.

wenger has shown his ruthless side when he thinks his team can move on without certain player.

Henry's talk of not playing for another english club might be tested if he feel betrayed/hard done by.

if we could match any bid from the spanish clubs and play the stevie g card we'd have a chance. we all know that he loves us.

if rafa got 150m to spend i'd happily spend a big chunk on henry. even if he was only good for 2 years with our defence and him up top we'd probably win the league.

Arsenal are not flush with cash yet (unless liverpool fans DIC buy them) so if the US lads give rafa that kind of cash i'd be offering whether he's available or not to be honest

Compared to with what we have now up ront I'd take him at the drop of a hat. But compared to the age and quality of striker we'll be able to afford post-takeover (given Henry's age), I don't think the price will be right. Up to £15m would be fine.

Price to high for his age. Would rather try Ronaldinho for 35m

Pinch of salt story this, secret meeting at Arsenal "we will only tell the Daily Express". Typical slow sunday journalism.

Huntelaar or Farfan to partner Kuyt would be worth considering.

I hope Farfan doesn't come. That'd be too close to having a Fanny and a Kunt playing up front for us for comfort.
