    We missed Garcia

For all the possession we had yesterday we lacked one MASSIVE thing called creativity in the form of lil Luis Garcia.

You can say what you like about him, yes he is indifferent, but you know we was lacking his presence to create that one special pass or shot to win the game against a team determined to sit back.

Yep tends to score in the big ones too, even against "small" clubs flmao.

The blue****e ****in hate him too, so we should always play him against them.

We desperately need a player to unlock defences in games like yesterday.
Not sure Garcia is the answer though

I thought that Speedy would have been worth a go for the last half hour yesterday. Yes, he can be a bit hit and miss but he has the same unpredictability that Garcia has and can score the odd goal. He would also have given us a bit of width and would maybe have stretched the blue****e and got at their slow and unfit right back.

Agree. We need Rafa to find another Aimar.

garcia is the only player in our squad that is unpredictable, meanwhile gerrard can be unstoppable he's not as creative as garcia, if we has a striker that could read garcia better we would score much more goals than we do...

We missed having anyone capable of ****ing seeing that you can't just have one line of deep midfielders who only want to play in aerial balls to a line of forwards all stood motionless with their backs to ****ing goal. There was the odd cross from out wide but it all amounted to the same thing, it was a piece of ****ing piss for them to defend against. The same ****ing gameplan failing for the whole of the second half, it was like watching WWI or something. 'Yeah I know they all got killed by the machine gun fire when we sent them over the top last time but we'll just give it another go.' FFS, absolute bollocks. We gave them absolutely **** all to think about.

We need more players of his ilk, no question.

Obviously it would be good if they didn't give away possesion as much as he does.

It would be nice if we had players who were prepared to beat a man either by skill or pace or both.

can't see why he wasn't given a run especially as our left hand side wasn't doing much.

NONSENSE, we created a ****load of chances and played some lovely passing football against West Ham, the movement and running off the ball by our attackers was top class, we really looked the part going forward, yesterday was just a frustrating day for us imo.
Everton came to defend and they defended well, IF Bellamy's goal had of stood we'd have been looking at a different game altogether, we just lost belief as the game went on but it's just one performance.
