We conceeded three goals against Reading, same against Gala.

Oh, and Paletta should have been sent off against Birmingham.

    He's been crap.

Is Leeds the right type of club to be sending our young defenders out on loan, what if they get relegated, will that not be to the detriment of his psyche in the end, even if short lived.

If they were mid table and battling for a play-off place, I might think differently, but the culture of basement Championship football is not the best place to be learning your English type football is it?
It`s also possible that with Palletta in the team Leeds might pull away from the relegation battle which would settle his nerves.Even Argies know how big `pool are and that would frighten the sh*te of most kids.A few months at Leeds could help him settle more in England.

We started to concede after he put James Smith on.
I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

Are you watching Manchester United? Are you watching Chelsea? This is Liverpool F.C taking over the bloody world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure this is the best move for the lad, Leeds are total tripe at the moment, playing incredibly badly, I'd much prefer him joining a mid-table side to gain experience where a team can actually perform.

Would be an excellent idea for me. On loan to a big club playing at a reasonably high level of English football, big ground, passionate fans. Hopefully he'll get used to the pressure and come back better adapted to the premiership.

Don't think we'll really need him for the remainder of this season barring an injury crisis, particularly now we have Arbeloa who can step into CB if required.

            Thoughts?

Aye, he has some way to go to match Djimi Traore.

A season at Leeds would do him the world of good.
Though I'd like to see him at Preston or something... Not at Leeds.
