    Regarding Torres...

    From BBC gossip column:

    Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres has told Manchester United he does not fancy a £25m summer move to Old Trafford. (Various)

    The Spain international, 22, is understood to view Arsenal as an ideal destination. (Various)

    Or does he? Manchester United do in fact lead the chase for Torres and face competition from Chelsea. (Daily Star)



    Someone said something about Huntelaar to scum.
    Can anyone tell me where that rumour came from?`

    If they go for Torres, Huntelaar can be an opportunity for us.

    Huntelaar will go to Juventus the latest I heard.
    Just believe and you never know what will happen.

    According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

      Both have been linked with the scum for a while now. It seems to be Torres in one round of speculation then Huntlaar in the next and so on and so forth.

          But there have been other stories about him, the latest doesn't necessarily mean the most reliable.

                If Torres was to go anywhere in this country, you would think we would be firm favourites based on the spanish connections alone.
                I cant see there being a lot of truth in the Arsenal rumour.

                  Sure the spanish connection is a plus, but Henry does need to be replaced soon, so it won't be long before Wenger goes out shopping.

                    IMO he already has Henry's replacement, namely Van Persie.
                    I just dont see Torres either going there, or if he does, fitting in.
