    Stadium Naming Rights?

Is there any conceivable argument against selling the naming rights to Anfield or our new stadium?

If someone is going to give the club 50m – 100m in order to have their name in front of the stadium then I’m all for it.

I'd quite happily see us play in the Skoda Autodealers Association Stadium for 100m in the bank.

Depends on the sponsor's name. If it's a sensible named company then I don't have any problem with it at all.
I don't want to hear on Sky "we're going live to the preparation H stadium in Liverpool"

Seriously? I couldn't give a knatts chuff about the name of the stadium

I'd quite happily play in the 'Andy Gray is Great Stadium' if it meant 100m in the bank.

By the sounds of it, selling the naming rights is the only way we'll be able to finance the stadium without getting into masses of debt.

I think that we will get a lot more than £100m for the naming rights. Arsenal got £100m and they are a smaller club than us.

The new stadium won't be Anfield anyway. It will be a completly new stadium.

Anfield is Anfield and a new stadium can't replace that.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I wouldn't. I think Arsenal's name has to last 10 years or something. Imagine saying that for 10 years? Bollocks to that.

It's tough finding a suitable sponsor, time for Parry to earn his money again, you can't please everyone.(unless we can find a blue chip company called Anfield)

As Arsenal are a London club they will probably get more than us for their naming rights.

So be it, what's in a name? It's the fans and the trophies which make a stadium, not the name.

It doesn't matter that we are not a London Club IMO when it comes down to how much we will get for the naming rights.

The important thing is that the name will be mentioned very much in the media and in connection to Liverpool FC one of the most famous clubs in the World.
