Some places in melbourne open 24 hours like the Casino where you can watch sport round the clock. Lots of pubs televise prenier league and are open late into the night. LFC generaly get a good run on cable tv over here(theres no live premier league on free to air same as in England I hear?) although i personally think Man ure get a better one!

we certainly do. We have been on every week since christmas, and we were on most weeks before then aswell.

..... bunch of Melbourne reds off RAWK or TLW get together at the Celtic Club - I think thats the location anyway.

They have posted pics - looks like a good get together.

Melbourne has a more European feel than Sydney for mine - Sydney is more like a 'small club' version of Hong Kong .

Supersport in Africa shows *every* premier league game every week end ! I can't understand why some Australian TV companies doesn't see the need for broadcasting the same type of package there. I think you're depending on Fox Sports or ESPN for them to show you the matches. This market is HUGE, so why can't a local Oz TV comp. invest in that ? Yes, the rights for broadcasting these matches must be huge, but FFS, we get to see every match here in Mauritius via DSTV (South African Channel).

SBS used to show one game every saturday night, and they had the highlights shows every monday night...but Foxtel made them cough up more dough for it....SBS just couldn't afford it anymore.
