    Wtf, Wtf, Wtf?????

Liverpool look set to be the latest club who hope to sign Manchester United winger Christiano Ronaldo during the summer.

Liverpool Boss Rafa Benitez has been handed an open cheque book by new owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks, and looks set to make a cheeky bid to their bitter rivals at the end of the season.

Ronaldo has been in magnificent form for United this season and already has 15 goals to his name. Rumours have been mounting in recent weeks that the Portuguese winger could be heading to Spain with both Real Madrid and Barcelona keen to sign the talented youngster.

Bids in excess of £45 million have been touted to secure the signature of Ronaldo - a fee that the new Liverpool board can comfortably afford.

More chance of Kelvin MacKenzie being given an Anfield season ticket. Admittedly Ronaldo plays some top class football, but there are way more cons than pros with him. Plus, how could we afford the leccy bill for his daily sunbed sessions?

Naw mate i'd take him in a heartbeat, just its never gonna happen.
I think we almost signed him when he was with sporting but nothing came
      of it.
Still not totally convinced by him but i sure as hell would love to see him
      in the red of liverpool.

Would be a bit like having Adolf Hitler running a Jewish deli. Unfortunately, the service comes with the reputation.

I think we should just bid for him and piss off Utd by showing how much money we have

It's crazy how they contradict themselves within 3 paragraphs, those blithering idiots (although it's all based on ... **** all!). So first Rafa 'wants' him and then they mention 'Real Barca', lol, just goes to show, never believe a ****ing word about transfer rumours (unless Kyhoola's around)!

Although C.Ronaldo is a great player, I would never want to see him put on a proper red shirt. Never. I just hate scuba divers, who should have made a career in Portuguese navy instead of football...
