He made his mind up early what he was going to do and ****ed it up.

I'm clearly alone in thinking Reina wasn't to blame for the goal..

Dunno....I think he saw that Agger had been caught out again and Riise was nowhere to be seen. Came for it and was massively unlucky to kick the ball between Agger and Martins and for it to land square in Martins path.

So:

Riise for not being in position again, Agger for getting to close to Martins and getting caught for pace and possibly Reina for coming out for a ball he might have left.

Agree but it just enforces the point further. Pires was an awesome player yet was pretty mediocre in his first season. He was also 26 or so when he came over. Gonzales is 22. That said I will prob be proven to be wrong and he'll be rubbish!
