And now, the weather..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

I'll watch England in the World Cup and Euro Champs. If they win then great, all the people who have no interest in football will have something to cheer about and be proud of. When they lose, I laugh at how **** they are.
Ive been to plenty of places in Britain yet in England, Ive been treated with mistrust at first because Im scouse. Once people actually take time to talk, then they realise we arent like what they think we should be. In Scotland, I had no problems whatsoever. I wasnt even seen as being English, just Scouse.
Even when Ive been to different countries and encounted English abroad, they stand off because you are scouse. The locals have no problem but the English appear to, Again until they realise youre alright.
In general, I agree with Rushy.Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.

I'm not English, I'm Scouse. Always have been always will be. Liverpool is my country. Histroically it's been different to the rest of the country and its attitudes and values have been different to the rest of the country. It has something to do with a history of contrasts of wealth and poverty, hope and religion. It has its drawbacks, but the positives outweight the negatives.
I wouldn't want to be from anywhere else. I am SO proud to be Scouse.

he's a grand little player is Iniesta. He would be that "link" between midfield and attack that we have been missing since the glory days. He is the master of the little chip through 2 defenders for the onrushing striker.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostIniesta is ****ing class, yet is STILL not a regular for Barca. I'd have no idea where he'd fit into the side, but I'd love to have him.
if we managed to sign him i would be well chuffed.
