Thoughts on the new kit?

So now we've seen the REDS line up in the new shirt, how do you think it looks on the boys?

There were times when I thought it appeared to have too much white on it, what with the stripes added to the names and numbers, but on the whole it gave me nice "late 80s vibes" and thought we looked pretty ****ing mean in it.

I got a text from a non LFC fan during the game saying "Kit looks weird", so I thought I'd ask.

My favourite of all time was last season Euro home kit. Loved the gold writing and badges. thanks to ice man.

Yes, that is my favourite too. But the new home kit is a big improvment from last years'.

I like it..totally agree with you when you say it reminded you of old times.

It reminds me of the 95/96 season i think it was....

Good memories...played some nice footy that year.

Now if we can play like that and have the defensive stability aswell...we are onto something.

It looks like the collar was an afterthought. There's far too much going on, as far as I'm concerned. Less is more.

We suit adidas best. It's always been a popular brand in Liverpool and although I personally wouldn't be seen dead in red polyester, dahling, it looks like the best kit we've had since we were last with adidas. I also liked the three striped numbers and the different font for the players' names.

Having been to the game and just got back to watch it (my mates sister runs a bar in the city.............she locked us in and made us drink beer ).... the kit looks much better i real life than on tv

Yeah, I really like the kit but the collar just doesn't 'seem right'...
