How about the official site allows payment via Solo. I guess the 5.3m people in the UK that have a Solo card might be seen as a credible revenue channel. I wanted to buy something from the store and I don't want to use my credit card so I won't bother.

Sorry but it just really pissed me off. The online store is a joke too, what a mess!

It is actually from the first bank account I ever had and for various reasons although the account changed the card never did. It used to be a pain using Solo but almost everywhere (with the exception of some ****e online stores) accept it.

Yeah I doubt it works. I'm glad Barclays didn't leave me lumped with my Visa Electron when I started uni, they're sodding useless! To not take Solo is a bit of a joke though, almost everywhere you go takes it now

Loads of places don't accept Solo. A bloke who's accounts I do just got Nat West to change his to Maestro (Switch).
