What have I learned, Mr Mackay? Three things. One - bide your time. Two - keep your nose clean. And three - don't let the *******s grind you down

How sad however that it has to come to this.

Just look at the face: it's vacant, with a hint of sadness. Like a drunk who's lost a bet.

Haven't we had one of these before?

And am I the only one a tad uncomfortable with YET ANOTHER petition? I realise we have some worthwhile causes, but I think we're in danger of actually living up to some of the unkind generalisations made about us.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

                  Sir Bob Paisley

apologies if this has already been posted. i just signed it and so far there are only 970 others who have.

so even if it has been posted i dont see the harm in re posting it.

how fergie has one and bob doesnt is nothing short of an insult to bob and everything he achieved.

Posthumous knighthoods are never given out lightly, if ever, to mr working class joe public.

I would suggest a campaign for some other form of recognition would have a more fruitful & rewarding benefit than a metallic medal.

I would need to speak to his family to hear their views, and open it up to a wider public forum.

When we've all gone, I'd like to think there is something longer lasting than a shiny medal hanging on a wall, the Bob Paisley Academy perhaps?

This has been done loads of times over the years. I would be surprised if this one changed anything.
