it sounds like Rafa is wanting to get this sorted quickly within budget by offering players + cash but Feyennord are having none of it, but ultimately it is out of his hands.

The budget has to be extended but this is a little difficult with the forthcoming takeover...

I thought that Pennant made a huge change, and having subsequantly spoken to a Brummie and Arsenal fan at work today they are not surprised.
