Actually, Zambrotta may be an excellent player, but he was pretty lucky to stay on the pitch last night. He did two yellow card tackles, plus the pull back on Gerrard when Gerrard would have been away on the right)

I thought he most of the free-kicks right, with a couple of obvious exeptions. The thing that really annoyed me was a couple of the yellow cards. He had no intentions of booking the players, then after a few words from Barca, he changed his mind.

A the good thing is that we seems to do well he`s the ref.

The ref last night was a ****ing nob. I was doing me ****ing nut watching him, especially that moment when he gave a free against Gerrard, apparently for having the temerity to make Zambrotta look foolish.

I will say that he was consistent enough in some respects - we did win some awful soft frees ourselves - but the yellow cards handed out to our guys were for **** all and Barca deserved at least as many.

            Agger's booking was a farce.

Kuyt was the only player that deserved a yellow.
