For the first time ever I sat right next to the away fans - as in, the last person before the partition. **** me, they are a HORRIBLE lot. Some of 'em, only a handful of individuals, were taunting us about Hillsborough throughout. I had some good banter with a few of 'em, but the majority just wanted trouble. Scumbags.

Where were you? At Anny rd end or...? I sat right next to the away fans versus Pompey and they were loud as hell... Almost couldn't hear the Kop singing... Can't remember any incidents apart from one bloke behind me who took off his jacket and showed pompey kit underneath. Stewards escorted him out anyways...

I hate sitting next to the away fans because I always feel compelled to hurl abuse back at them.

Same here. Can't always control myself. I taunted a few of 'em (naturally, several sad ****ers wanted to "meet me outside"), but I had to TOTALLY block out the two or three blokes making 'crush' gestures and chanting some vile rubbish. ****in ******s.

Also....did you get a programme? On the first page there's a pic of those Reds in Barca with that brilliant new Rafa flag ("Posibilidades" ) - I sat behind those mentalists. Had the flag with 'em too.

I like sitting there especially for European games, Juve was great in 05 and the mad basle fans a few years ago. Betis were cool last year and Barca in 01. It is only the ****houses from other domestic clubs that make it unpleasant. I thought thier fans were very vocal today seeing as they were ****e, we werent much better mind, the most boring 4-0 in history.
                      08-09 Dirk monitor

                      5 goals (target 15)

                      3 assists also........

They obviously find things like that funny. I doubt that they'd act that hard face to face.

I thought that the atmosphere was ****e today aswell. It's almost as if we expected to win so just sat and watched how it would unfold. It WILL be alot different next Saturday.

Do the line of fecking stewards not ACT on this ****e?

Surely that kind of thing should result in immediate ejection from the ground.
