1) Spent the summer in Little Hulton with my uncle and aunt. He takes me to see Man Utd play Crystal Palace. I was about 9 or 10 at the time. We are sitting in the Stretford End and Palace score. I jump outta my seat and he wasn't too impressed. Neither were the rest of the Scum around me.
2) My three Manc loving uncles and cousin (only other Liverpool fan in the family) come over to the US for my brothers wedding. We go out for the game and we have a little bet. Which ever team wins they don't have to pay for the tab. We are knocking back beers and the tab is getting bigger by the minute
Jamie Carragher scores 2 OG's and we loose. I'll never forget my uncles standing up at the full time whistle and saying 'Hey your team is ****e..take care of the tab and we'll be across the road having a pint'.

The first time my dad took me to a game against the mancs we were near the front of what was then the kemlyn road stand, one of the united fans got escorted round the pitch with a dart sticking out of his eye, you could say it was a bit of an eye opener as to the feelings this game can produce.
