Chelsea, Liverpool target Villa: I won't betray Valencia
    tribalfooball.com - March 02, 2007

Valencia striker David Villa has told interested clubs to not waste his time.

Inter Milan, Chelsea and Liverpool are interested in Villa, but the Spanish ace declared: "If you're interested in me, then talk to Valencia. It's nice to be linked with the biggest clubs, but to buy me you must deal directly with Valencia.

"Valencia believed in me and have increased my buyout clause and lengthened my contract to 2013.

    "I cannot betray them."
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

As I have said several times. He ain't coming here.

        Why should he leave them?

Valencia are building a new stadium and will challenge for the La Liga title every season.

I fail to see any flaw in your argument my friend.

              Nobody's listening Jonsie!

Except me of course - who in your opinion WILL be coming here?

them quotes sound familiar anyway, have heard them before.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

doesn't actually say he won't leave does he, just seems to say that he won't be tapped up imo.

No idea mate. It's up to Rafa. I just can't see him spending £30m on Villa, American cash or not.

Eto'o is more likely, but I'd be surprised if we got him too!

I see this as more positive than otherwise.

He doesnt say he wont leave, he just says he wont kick up a fuss about a move if Valencia dont wanna sell.

He's basically saying he'd leave once someone agrees a deal with his club.

                          Is the correct answer.
