    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

      No, no, this tonights' score.

Ronaldinho will make it 4-4 via penalty in the 93rd minute after Messi is challenged by gravity in our penalty box.

I ran out of nails, can someone lend me their own?

Before we played the filth, I said to meself that this is going to be either one of me best or one of me worst weeks in me life! We've lost to scum, so now we just CANNOT lose to Barca! We just can't!

There are so many Barca fans around me that they will eat me alive if we fail to qualify for the quarterfinals!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! COME ON YOU MIGHTY REDS!!!

same here. I predicted giggs to score in injury time. its just one of those feelings.

I can see us losing 1-0 and still going through tonight. Fingers crossed. concentrating on work is a bit of a no no.

If it's 0-1 would there be extra time

No. Away goals count double at 90 minutes.

I was pretty calm about Saturday's match beforehand but today I'm in ruins.

I've just got this terrible feeling we're going to blow it or that Barcelona are going to be sensational.

                      Nervous? Yes.

I'm off into town at around 3pm before I go to the match. I always do it on the day of big European games because I like sampling the atmosphere and seeing the away fans.

But I get the feeling the first Barca fan I see will bring a rather large knot to my stomach.

Luckily I've got the Rafatollah to worship to let out my fears.

My son Foster is a fan of soccer. He was a goaltender. His brother was a defenseman.

                          Nah mate.

I live in a place where everybody (well, almost everybody) are AC Milan, Juventus, Barca, Real Madrid or Manchester United supporters.

The thing is that me country is next to Italy so there's a lot of this Italy club loving ****e. Also everybody are wanking on Barca and Real because that's sooo cool.

The reason why almost everybody are scum fans is that back in the days, there was no English footie on TV, only 1 minute highlights on Eurosport. However, in 1999, everyone watched that crap CL final and since then everyone are Scum supporters.

It's getting a bit better (or worse) now, cause a lot of them are Chelsea fans now and some even cheer for Arsenal. We got some new "fans" when we won in Istanbul, but I don't like those glory hunters.

So Liverpool fans are very rare here and I'm fookin proud at who I am There are about 15-20 who are actively participating in lfc.si forums and we're the best fanclub around here.

The first time I heard about Liverpool was in 1994/95 when I watched that famous Robbie Fowler hattrick on Eurosport, but I was too young to understand what the **** was that commentator talking about. Then I wasn't in to footie that much, but saw Michael Owen in 1997 and that was it. Since then I hate everything that's not Liverpool FC related. Might be a bit late, but fcuk it!
