    Kewell out indefinitely

I was watching the game here in Australia and Gary Bloom said he isn't training again because his septic arthritis which he got before the Italy game in the world cup is back.

I guess it's goodbye to Harry for sure now!

Nobody expected him to come back anyway.

I hope he leaves in the summer.

It was looking good for him in January he thought his injuries were over, its a pretty unlucky way to end his career.

I wonder how much his current injuries are down to playing in the World Cup when not fully fit. If he sacrificed this season to play in the World Cup then he only has himself to blame.

I think his career is on the line.........don't expect to see him in the red shirt again. Rafa will plan his team for next season without him so a left winger will be top of the shopping list along with a striker
              Dare we believe

I thought he retired when he left Leeds

"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."

I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

He was training the other day so I will have to wait for an official statement before coming to any conclusions.

                          Seems like it doesn't it.

I'd be amazed if Rafa's counting on him anymore.

I don't care what anyone says about Kewell, for me, he only puts the effort in when he fancies it. Man at home, yes he's bothered. Blackburn away, he's anonymous.

Septic Arthritis is one bad nasty fooker.............you can loose a limb because of it

hope he eventually recovers but I dont expect to see him on the plaaying at Anfield ever again
Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"
