    Where's my shirt??

    I've been eagerly awaiting my new home shirt and my son's first home kit since ordering them on the 25th of July but so far absolutely nothing has happened.
    I thought we'd receive it on the 10th of August (I've seen people on here getting it on the 9th) but does anyone know if it's different for us foreigners??? - I'm Danish
    I've been trying to call the Hotline all day but can't get through which makes me fear that the merchandise department once again has made a total mess of everything and is now trying to find out who changed the colour from red to blue on all the shirt orders...

    Has anyone heard anything??

    Any answer or consolation is appreciated

      Well at least that's good for you - but there's something fishy going on.
      I only ordered a M so they should be able to finish mine before yours

      I'll try emailing them.
      By the way - where are you from?
      Just want to find out if it has something to do with the UK/foreigner thing...

        You should try getting a small size over all this fur ....

            Still waiting on my shirt - ordered online before the cut off time(can't remember what date) for Aug 10th delivery - still not received, sent a a bit of a snotty email saying they shouldn't guarentee a delivery if they can't keep to it etc just waiting for a reply.

            oh and I only live 10/15mins from ground.

                I got mine from kitbag. Came at 12pm yesterday but i know quite a few people who ordered before the cut off time havent recieved theres yet either and i cant see them getting it till monday.
                The offal store is pure garbage imo.

                  I mean no offense with this question but where does the money go when you buy from kitbag?
                  I like to support the club by making sure that all my merchandise is bought directly at the club but if this goes on they force you to look for alternatives...
                  By the way - after having tried at least 30 times I finally got through to the Hotline. All they could tell me was that as a foreigner I'd be getting my package later than the rest - they hoped that I'd have it in a week's time...

                    A weeks time? what a ****ing joke mate. Sorry to hear that.

                    To be honest mate i havent got a clue were the money goes when you buy from kitbag. I admit to getting the link off fat dunk because i had promised my little lad he'd have it for his birthday and seen as how the offal did their ussual I had no choice. Im like you, i would have prefered to have put the money straight into LFC but after the cock-up - first it was pre-order by 2nd august then they gave no notice at all on the 28th July that to pre order by 5pm - so i cocked up there, then there were NO adult sizes for myself on the sat morning so i thought '**** it' and went on to kitbag and it came when they said so i am happy that i got it but unhappy that the offal couldnt have sorted this one out.

                      I understand your situation - besides my own shirt I'm actually getting (or trying to get) my son his first kit (he's 2 yrs) and I've been looking forward to the 10th for a long time.
                      For every day the expectations grew higher but now my postman has started laughing at me because I run out the house when I hear his car enter the street
                      The big problem that a lot of will lose our patience and start going somewhere else and that's why I simply don't understand why the feck they haven't sorted their systems out?!?!
                      I never hear the same complaints from other groups of fans...

                        Surely you didn't expect them to post your order earlier (so you'd have it on the 10th) just because you live outside England ?

                        I know if i had ordered mine from the club shop i'd have expected to receive it a few days later.

                            JJB had dozens at 10am, by 11am they had nearly sold out EVERY size and every ****er had a shirt on which was pleasing as i seen about one dozy **** with an EFC shirt on
