I heard that Carillion backed away from the stadium and LOR got the contract in the same vein that they've got most of the contracts for the regeneration of Liverpool at present. The host from which you are accessing the board is not recognized as a valid host. This is more than likely related to a firewall issue that is blocking the referer variable. Check your firewall settings and try again.
However, it doesn't make any difference if I change the settings on my firewall...

...now it's down to 4 stars with an average rating of 4.20 which must mean some ****ers have been voting it lower than a 4.
