    Liverpool, Chelsea eyeing Real Madrid contract rebel Mata

    Chelsea and Liverpool are among clubs monitoring Juan Mata's contract situation at Real Madrid.

    The exciting midfielder becomes a free agent in June and has seen new contract talks stall in recent weeks. Mata is baulking at penning Real's current offer and his stand has seen him dropped by Castella coach Michel.

    Mata was linked with a sensational move to Barcelona during January, while he is also highly-rated by Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez and Chelsea football chief Frank Arnesen.
    Just believe and you never know what will happen.

    According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                          We are in for him and I don't say that just because Tribalfootball have a "rumour" about Rafa being interested. I have said that a long time before today.
