I personally would love to see him join. He has it all. Power, pace, tec, finishing, heading. I know Rafa is a big fan. He said Baptista was a 22m player.

    Sounds like an irrefutable story

He would be an interesting signing.

Apart from that game against us, I'm not sure what he has done for Arsenal but he is a good player.
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!

I'm not saying he's any good but every time I've watched him live he's scored four goals.

Dreams come true. Without that possibility, nature would not incite us to have them.

            I rate him.
I think he will stay at Arsenal though, Arsene is only adapting him to the EPL, IMO he will be an Arsenal regular before too long.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Not really, he's been a one season wonder so far.

                THE BEAST
Heck of a player when fit and playing in a stable side. He was immense for Sevilla before they sold him to Madrid then he never got a chance.
I'd love it if we can sign him.

We could really do with a South American to fill that vacant slot we have in midfield

for that price i would love to have him. He hasn't been given much of a chance at Arsenal, so if we want him, he will most probably come.

Partner him with Villa* and we would be unstoppable.

                      *if Villa comes that is
