    Hmmm, well tbh when I did what them I mainly concentrated on Torres. I knew of Maxi but he didn't really stand out for me. Perhaps it was just those games.

      Yeah same here, had a good root around for rumours. It definitely surfaced after the world cup at some stage, mind you so did every player who put a half decent pass together. Rafa hasn't really pulled any big surprises this year ( a la sissoko last year) I wonder does he have something up his sleeve.

        To be honest I will be happy enough with Kuyt and everything else will be a bonus. I'm sure as the deadline approaches he will be keeping a lookout for bargains!!

            Maxi had a great WC...but he would be a waste in the prem. Not a premier league type of player.

            I didnt think he was that great for Atletico either, he was much better for Espanyol. All he really does is pop up for the odd goal, we dont need him. We have Garcia who is very similar, with quicker feet.
