    We're all doomed...

Gerrard's crap, Kuyt is ****e, Pennant is piss poor, Momo and Mascherano can't play together, Bellamy and Crouch couldn't hit a barn door with a Kuyt, Fowler is fat and finished, Alonso is off to Barca in the summer, Rafa's tactics are too negative, our set pieces are awful, Parry and Moores are idiots with silly haircuts and the world as we know it is about to end...

On a smaller, more positive note (sorry to use the 'p' word, positive that is) I'm so proud to belong to the best set of fans in the world, ones that get behind the team in all situations, support the players when they're going through a bad time, follow the club through thick and thin and proudly hold their head up high through the wind and rain...

For ****s sake, people, just ****ing read your own comments in these threads. Any lurking Mancs and Blue****es would be pissing themselves laughing at how "the best supporters in the land" are slaughtering their own team, individual players and the manager... :whatever:

...come on, we'll easily qualify for the CL - again - which maybe isn't good enough but it's the best we can hope for right now, we're in the last 8 of the competition - again - and we'll have money to spend on better players in the summer with a fantastic new and exciting chapter of the club's history just about to start.

So we've drawn 0-0 at Villa... ...get a ****ing grip and get behind the club...
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.

One might say you are being rather supercilious RS4. Personally I'd rather not be a sheep, and be individual, and not just do what is expected of 'us'. It's called being human.

We were ****e and the performance deserved to be called ****e. It's not about the "best supporters in the land" ****e. It's about giving a realistic appraisal of the team.

To be fair - Parry and Moores could do with a hair cut.

This isn't just about today's result though, is it ?

It's about three years without anything even resembling a title challenge.

It's about Rafa's unimaginative tactics, it's about over-priced players that simply aren't good enough and (at times) it's about watching mind numbingly boring football.

In Europe and in the Cups in general, Rafa is a genius, but in terms of the league, we haven't progressed since Houllier...

There's no point sticking our head in the sand, we may as well confront the issue head on and vent our frustration with the hope of finding some answers.

I understand your sentiment; however you can’t blame posters for having a go at some of the performances today. It was genuinely the worst game/team performance this season.

                  We need better attacking players!

Portsmouth at home was pretty bad as well.

I hope he does well, it's really sad that some have labelled him a flop before he's even played a game for us.

This is what the written print is for, to vent your frustrations out in print, but at the ground supporters should, as you suggest, support the team 100%, iirc there has even been booing in recent years at Anfield, which to me is more cringeworthy embarassing and really gets my goat up more than internet words do.

Good job we are all individuals eh with an opinion, god forbid we should just all line up and play at being sheep.

                          Yep, that was truly woeful.

Away at Boro was pretty grim too....

It is typical of all message boards, esp LFC ones that some people go way over board. The team did play ****E today no doubt about it but at the end of the day we have a good shot at winning #6 & finish top 3 again.
Not saying we lowering our standards by being happy with 4th or 3rd BUT we should be happy we are not the arse.
Rafa is the man to lead us to #19, people need to have a little "pattttieeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnceeeeeeeeee".
Now where is me GN'R 7 inch single of that song.
