      It cost us over £125 in tickets to take the two lads with us yesterday. What a total waste of money. Any other thing in life and we would be able to complain through some sort of proper channel and even be offered a refund. We have a team of internationals who looked like they just couldn't be arsed!

        That was my thoughts too! Not a lack of ability, just a lack of effort It's a shame that it's the fans that will suffer

        I guess this time of the season we'll just cruise through league games, although we might try harder vs Arsenal (I ****ing hope! )

              A lack of effort is even worse than a lack of ability. I agree, they didn't appear to give a ****.

              And still people complain about fans, er, complaining.

                          we have a solid base
                          defensively we can be brilliant
                          reina list of clean sheets shows this
                          we have arguably the best rb in the prem

                          2 outstanding ch's and at lb aurelio/riise are not bad,not the greatest but not bad.
                          centre mf we have an abundance of talent.
                          after that though we are very very short on top class talent.
                          we lack creativity and the abiltity to finish chances.

                                As I said on another thread - 3rd/4th is basically safe, the premiership (unfortunately) just isn't a priority THIS season.
