    Midfielder injury

Liverpool midfielder Francisco Duran has been ruled out of action for five to six months with a cruciate ligament injury.
The Spanish youth international picked up the injury in only his second reserve team game during the 1-0 defeat away at Middlesbrough on March 7.

It is a blow for the former Malaga player who only joined Liverpool in January.

Dear me, that's a terrible blow for the kid. Hope he comes back fitter and stronger. By all accounts he's a Xavi/Iniesta type ball player, and God knows we need one of them.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Cruciate as well? Horrible injury to get at this time in his career.
Dreams come true. Without that possibility, nature would not incite us to have them.

My son Foster is a fan of soccer. He was a goaltender. His brother was a defenseman.
