Well the January before he became Chelsea boss didnt he contact Parry to enquire about the LFC managers job, as he wanted the challenge of getting us back to the top?

Would I have him when Rafa leaves? (Lets face it Rafa will leave one day!) Well at present hes one of the best managers in the world, so yes, I would take him on.
    Forwards.......

        Rather Wenger mtself...
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

Morinho is an outstanding manager, like him or not. Even forgetting his record at Chelsea, what he achieved at Porto was outstanding. To win a UEFA Cup & CL in successive seasons with a Portuguese club is the equal of anything Rafa has achieved with Valencia & LFC. Mourinho is a pain in the backside as a bloke, but he is an excellent manager. I don't want Rafa to leave but if he did, I'd be more than happy with Mourinho.

Mourinho strikes me as more of a lucky manager rather than a super talented one. I for one think that Rafa is the better football coach.

I see Mourinho more of a psychologist than a tactician and while I don't like some of his methods he does get results.

I can't see him as a Liverpool manager personally as I think Rafa will stay and will win the league in the next two seasons or so. But with regards to Mourinho, who knows - he would be completely different to any manager we've had since Shankly and Shanks started the reds revolution.

I hear what you're saying, and if Mourinho had of joined us without his spell at Chelsea, it would have been a different story, as no one can question his record.

But with the baggage he has now, is he still a viable option?

I think so too. He acts like a dick in the press so that all the pressure is directed at him, not his players. All very deliberate.

I don't believe he's that calculated, I think people give him too much credit.

What's the reasoning/wisdom behind him moaning like a lil school girl every time they lose or a decicision goes against them? There isnt one.

                                He's just obnoxious.
