Stadium survey from LFC

They can't. There's no unique identifier on the link in the email so they can't tell one user from another or where they've come from (linked from email or just gone direct to the survey). They also can't rule out multiple entries from the same person.Originally posted by Phil View PostExcuse my ignorance, but how are they doing that? Is this confirmed anywhere?
The only way they can ID people at the moment is by hoping that at the end of the survey they type in the same email address as the one the email was sent to. If they have multiple email accounts and type in a different address, or don't enter one at all, then they can't say that the entries have come just from the people with the emails.

Just done mine. I concur with you all completely - the bit about the big screen/sports bar etc was exactly what was running through my head when respondingOriginally posted by desertscouser View PostAnd mine

We will probably need a big screen TV anyway in the future when FIFA will use TV replays more to help the refs, so why not have one from the start? Then we wouldn't need to make any changes for it later.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Why would that mean we need a big screen? The ref would refer to another official with a screen and he would be in radio contact with the ref to give the decision. The ref doesn't just have a butchers at the big screen whilst they're doing a replay and decideOriginally posted by AFII View PostWe will probably need a big screen TV anyway in the future when FIFA will use TV replays more to help the refs, so why not have one from the start? I rated the big screen idea low down. It'll only get used for ads anyway. I went to an away game at Maine Road years ago and every time we got a corner the screen flashed up "Corner the property market!" and gave the details of some local firm. Got annoying when we got loads of corners in a row. Theres a feed at Villa Park that does the same kind of thing too
As long as the atmoshpere remains and the ticketing system improves a bit then great. Survey was well worth ten minutes of my life.

Because the supporters want to see the decision. It would never work if the refs are the only ones that can look at the incident again. If for example United got a penalty at Anfield after the refs had looked at the incident and the supporters had not seen the incident again then they would question the decision anyway.Originally posted by Red_Polo View PostWhy would that mean we need a big screen? Maybe we could install buttons at every seat and let the public decide the decisions

Yeah I hear you. I think it would be good if they brought TV rulings in, but I can't see it happening at the moment, not unless that cock Platini has a different opinion on this kind of thing. Wouldn't want us to bother putting screens in before they were necessary though. It may not happen for ages, it may never happen. Platini will probably push ahead with his plans for 2,325 refs on the pitch at once insteadOriginally posted by AFII View PostBecause the supporters want to see the decision.
