Regarding the Emirates a few of my mates have worked their and they say its amazing! I was going to go to the Brazil v Portugal game but heard it was £40 plus a ticket so changed my mind!

think i might have a look at that as well. good chance to pick up some pointers on new stadium design as wll as checking out which young players will get criminally overlooked in the future.....

it doesnt look bad from the outside when ive passed on the train, but i hear its not so good atmosphere-wise? Ill still go and check it out for myself.

.....Wish i was. My line of work.

Just want to have a look - its the newest and most comparable to our existing plans so being in london it'd be daft not to go and watch the youth and have look round.

It looks very good from the outside and as soon as you get inside it does have the 'wow' factor...

But then when you look around at the shape and the structure and the stands it's a souless bowl.

lfc.tv has just posted the match highlights of the Semi-final and I have to say I was very impressed with our performance. Defensively we were a bit shaky, but then that was because Newcastle have some giants up front.

But going forward we were excellent. I reckon that based on that performance that our Youth team could have beaten Villa

The two players who really stood out where Jimmy Ryan and Ray Putteril. Jimmy plays in the middle and picking the passes through the middle seemed second nature to him, obviously he was helped by the excellent movement in front of him. He scored a great goal too.

Putteril ripped their RB several times and TBH performed better than I've seen from Kewell in a while. Heighway has been getting a lot of **** recently but based on that performance I have to say he's put together an awesome team who are playing a really good pass and move type of game.

I really think a few of these guys will make it through to the first team.

Has anyone else seen the highlights yet? Am I being over optimistic?

Ray Putteril is fukin quality - seen him play a handful of times and he looks like a quality player. He's damn quick and keeps the ball close to his feet when dribbling and is quite strong for a small man. He is almost like an Aaron Lennon type winger.

Jimmy Ryan is a quality player and has a hell of shot on him but not sure he'll ever make it at Liverpool becuase of the position he plays.

Another good player is that Swedish kid Astro Astrevic or sumthing... Classy player but got sent off against Newcastle for nothing.

?? The only performing our Harry has been doing recently is in the bedroom with his Mrs Sheree!
