    Take it or leave it?

Is this theoretical or is a bid being reported as made?
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Take on the basis that Rafa is allowed another 2m or so to get a young central mid in or something. If we sign Kuyt and then we have nothing left but the 1m for Zenden then keep him. He's a decent central mid.

I think it's a foul, and if the ref gives it. He got to give a penalty. I know it's outside the box, but you see them given that close to the area. So if the ref gives it he's got to give the penalty as it so close to the area. But I think it's a penalty. Robbie Savage 8/11/06

For me, well, I see no reason to keep him if selling him gave us the cash to buy someone Rafa thinks we really need.

We should have signed Somoza as he looked quality as a replacement for didi

Leave it. I think he is an able stand in. We have had a lot of squad upheaval and I don't see there is anything to be gained, as very few players are going to want to come in and be 4th choice CM, certainly very few who are better players than he is. Can't think of anyone who the £1m would allow us to buy.

                  Good point.

But I was having nightmares about us being 1m short for Kuyt or something like that.

Take it, considering his age and the wages he must be on.

Is this actually reported or just hypothetical?

Probably the most coherent anti-Zenden argument I have heard.
