Just seen this on one of their fan websites:
fair play, wasn't expecting to read that on a chav website if I'm honest,
think i will write to them and say thanks.
It`s not often we agree to offer our support to Liverpool but this time we`re more than pleased to.
I know there has been a lot of banter exchanged between the two clubs, some of it in good faith and some of it probably over-stepping the mark. However, despite all the rancor sometimes one event makes you sit up and seriously ponder about life.
Hillsborough will always have a place in every football supporter`s heart, I dare anyone not to suggest otherwise. I`m sure, before the advent of all-seater grounds we can all recall the fear felt when a surge lifted you off your feet, the fear of not knowing what was quite happening, well multiply that thousands of times and I`m sure we`ll never even get close to how those 96 people felt that day.
Indeed, on the day of the Hillsborough disaster Chelsea were visiting Leicester in an old second division fixture. We were on a long uneaten run and the volume of travelling support was immense.
It was so great, space in the away end was at a premium and many feared that something dreadful would happen. Little did we know that up the road exactly that was happening?
Therefore, I`d urge you to click on the link below and read about one persons` fight for justice and tell me it doesn`t make you feel like weeping.
Hillsborough, Click Here
Please, put all the rivalry aside and offer your support to ensure justice doesn`t fail those who deserve it.
