Kewell could come back and score 10 goals and he still wont be with us next season.
He is just to much of a risk to carry in your squad if you want to go for the title
“Hicks could have purchased Dallas’ MLS franchise but decided not to. ‘In hindsight, I probably made the wrong decision,’ he said.“.

Has he played a game for us this season or has he been out since the WC?

I'd just like to add, a Kewell thread without LFCman is a sad thing...

His last game was the FA Cup final.

Huge dissapointment and should be sold ASAP.

The Austrailian international hasn't played for Liverpool since the FA Cup final last May after picking up an injury playing for his country in the World Cup. However, the winger should be ready to return in the next couple of weeks.

"Harry is getting closer all the time. He's had a long injury so we have to manage the situation properly, but he is almost ready," said Rafael Benitez.

"At the moment he can take part in parts of the training sessions, such as the warm-ups or when we work on passages of play, and he's probably ten days or so away from being able to take a full part.

"I would think he will be ready to play football for us within the next two to three weeks. If he is fit then of course we can use him. It will be good for us and for him."

                      Yup, no doubting that whatsoever.

Seeing as there is no WC this year, CL final for 2 mins would be decent recompense I suppose.

exactly just as long as he gets injured in athens then we should be sorted ( personally i think he's a great player just has an abysmal attitude to playing typical of so many of todays over paid over hyped muppets)
P.s sorry to sound like an old fogey

but like all the greats it will burn out some day

                          ****in hell,

Do you really think hed be able to fake an injury ? do you think Rafa and the staff would not notice FFS.

This slating of Kewell is shocking,

Hes the best winger we have, and i mean literaly by a mile.

Cant wait to see him back, he can do more damage to teams that anyone else in our team.
