    Liverpool are set to launch a shock move for Chelsea target Tal Ben Haim.

    Jose Mourinho tried and failed to lure the Bolton star in the January transfer window.

    The Blues boss will look elsewhere to strengthen his rearguard – leaving the way clear for Ben Haim to seal a surprise move to Anfield.

    The talented defender is out of contract in the summer and Sam Allardyce has confirmed he will move on, with Liverpool favourites to clinch his signature.

    Can't see this one happening. plus fansfc is a rubbish source they linked us with Geremi ffs!

    Rafa is constantly linked with cheap or free players though isn´t he - cheapskate

      wouldn't be a bad option actually, seeing as he's free, would be good in a rotation (will Sami still be here next year?) and would leave Rafa's summer budget untouched for the more pressing needs we've got in attack

            I watched him closely against Arsenal... he was terrible... he may have got sent off IIRC.
