he's a more complete striker than any that we currently have. I'd have him over any one of fowler, kyut, bellamy or crouch. Don't think he'd cost more than 8 million with only 1year left (think owen). I'd be pleased with the signing if we pulled it off

Would love it to happen but not heard anything recently to link us - a couple of papers mentioned him before the start of this season. I think players from Northern Europe are much less of a gamble than Spanish players as their football is more like the Premier League. I'd rather we sign Klose for £6m than Villa/Torres for £25m + ....I can't help but think of Morientes whenever we are linked to a Spanish striker - hopefully if we do sign one then they will perform more like Xabi than Nando !
Bring in Klose and sign Schweinsteiger & Lahm to keep him company please !
