But his goalscoring record is poor and he's never impressed on Championship Manager.

if he was 21 maybe but he's 27. he's done excellent on the international stage but he cant make it for leeds. he is good but not 'that' good.

he'll be in the prem next season for a mid table side though.

He'll maybe be in Scotland... or unlikely, but maybe Spain.

He's on a great streak for NI but can't even get a game for Leeds - says it all.

Kevin Doyle however is really starting to get my attention

Don't really know him either. He looks a bit mental...but then again - he is Irish...

He's scored 27 goals in 105 appearances for ****ty Leeds, 2 in 13 at Norwich, 43 in 136 games for Preston, 3 in 16 for Port Vale and he was booted out by the Scum having played one game.

He's ****e and he's having an extended moment in the sun at international level. He was last seen at club level coming on as an 82nd min sub at Southend. He did score the equaliser like, but no way on God's green earth is Healy good enough for us.
Yeah healy is only good for Norn Iron like, he is crap at club level, he is more a scorer of good goals than a good goal scorer, hes like an Northern Irish Kenny Miller

                    FLMAO.

The latter half of that doesn't make ANY sense.

Healy is obviously not ****e as he is scoring goals on the biggest stage of all, but he strikes me as a confidence player and one who needs to be motivated.

He hasn't performed at Leeds, but he was being played on the RW for some absurd reason. Not at the level of LFC but if you can score goals in International football as a marked man, you can score goals anywhere.
                              Forwards.......

There are many strikers out there that produce the goods on the international that wouldn't be fit to lace, even Crouchs boots......

I seem to remember Nail Quinn and Andy Townsand banging them in for the Eire, but none in their right mind would have brought them to Anfield based on goals scored in international games.

Like you mentioned Healy is having his day in the sun and his confidence his riding high. I can't see it lasting.
