Surely, the longer we leave it, the more obscene the flight prices will be.

I'm curious as to how you managed to keep the whole cost down to £550 for 2005 mate.
Sports Options will be doing some decent packages again no doubt.

those tour options don't do accomodation. the 550 purely covers the ticket price and flights

        Sleep at the airport.

Roof over your head, nice and warm, loads of space to crash out.

We went for 4 days with Sports Options in a 4* flying from Mancland for £650 each. I think the team coming to our hotel was not included in it though

Yeah, i guess that's not such a bad idea actually.

I've got all home games on my fancard, so i should get a ticket through the club easily enough.

I might well go through LFC's official supplier then. Of course, they'll probably only do flights out of (and returning to) Liverpool mind, as opposed to London, which is where i am based.

But that's only a minor inconvenience.

If it's only for one/two nights it's bearable, I've done it before.

Especially in a massive airport like Athens.

I was there for one day only, mate. No accomodation needed. I booked through lonsdale who, at the time, were LFC's travel agent for CL matches. I got on a flight in Liverpool at 10.30am on the morning of the match and was due to fly back at 3.30am in the morning from Turkey.

It was all booked though lonsdale travel, match ticket included due to me having all the credits on my fan card. I never even looked at flights for other airlines.

                        Thanks mate.

Will 6 credits (all the home games) be sufficient to qualify for a final ticket, if we get there, dya think?
