    Forget your Eto, Villa, Alves..... Rafa go sign David Silva

    I have seen David Silva play 3 or 4 times this season for Valencia & each game this lad has been fcuking awesome.

    He is a playmaker who sits just behind the strikers who has the creativity, goal scoring ability & pace we need to unlock the tightest defences.

    He is 10 times better than our equivalent Garcia who can be frustrating at the best of times despite his moments of pure geniusness.

    Whilst everyone goes on about how we need a 20 goal a season striker there is no point signing the likes of Eto unless he gets the service he needs.

    David Silva is the man i would like to see us sign first.

    havnt seen enough of him to say if he is a must have signing, but what a goal last night.

      He certainly does look like a talent.

      But we need an out an out striker, so i'll stick with Eto'o and Villa thanks.

          Since "discovering" Silva on FM2007 , I've been keeping an eye on him in real life and he is indeed a very good player. Capable of playing on either wing or just behind the frontman, he's very much in Garcia's mould.

            He has been Valencias best player this season IMO and I have watched more or less every Valencia game this season.

            He would probably be even harder to price away than Villa
            Just believe and you never know what will happen.

            According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

              We need to sign him before his price rockets to a riduculous price & the likes of Barca & Real try to buy him.

                Steven Gerrard, Luis Garcia and to a lesser extent Barry Kewell can do that job for us.

                    Liverpool and Sevilla, after they sorted out the TV deal.

                          Garcia was fantastic when he played for Atletico.
                          Just believe and you never know what will happen.
