No they are similar players and wouldnt compliment each other, i wouldnt mind Teves and another striker ths meanining selling bellamy and fowler and having Kuyt Teves Crouch and ???? having two goal scorers in crouch and ???? and kuyt and teves chipping in with 10-12Comment

I would love us to sign Tevez. He is class, he fights hard and he has the passion and desire to be a liverpool player. He hasn't had the best of times at WH, but since he has been in his preferred position, he has proved himself.

I can't see the similarity apart from both of them being robust players. Kuyt at 6 foot offers a greater aerial presence and is a more direct type of striker, yes he drops deep and lays the ball off; however, that is probably under the manager's instructions. Tevez has flair and excellent dribbling skills; he also has a trick or two in his locker and an excellent free kick taker and personally I don't think we have another player like him in the squad.Originally posted by Abro100 View PostComment
