went out with my Mrs and her mates on Saturday night into Reading, ended up at this sh*t 80's bar/club called Reflex (they're all over the UK).
Anyway, 1am, going for a slash rather pissed up, and just in the middle of a slash this lad in a bright blue polo shirt stands next to me and has a piss. Seeing he had a Feyenoord top on, and being rather drunk, I said to him 'mate, you were unlucky today' (referring to their 2-1 loss to Reading that I went to - Feyenoord were ****, but thats irrelivent) 'but you beat Middlesboro 2-1 last week'. To which he replied, 'well Reading played far better than Middlesboro'.
At this point I thought, **** it, I'm going for the kill. So washing my hands I piped up 'you're Dirk Kuyt arent you?!?' (I kinda recognised him). To which he denied it a couple of times before he finally conceded he was, queing 15 drunking lads taking pics on camera phones. On the way out the bogs though, I shouted 'good luck at Liverpool' and he replied 'thanks, hope so' - you heard it here first.
Anyway, long story short, when I got downstairs and met up with the lot I was with he (and Bokso Balaban - ex-Aston Villa) was having photo's with everyone. He was also smoking like a chimney and drinking like there's no tomorrow.
So if any of the Dutch are claiming that English are ugly (I'm no oil paining but who gives a f*ck) check this out.... And I was pretty drunk in the pics too, which is evident by the way I'm hanging on to Dirk Kuyt trying not to fall over!Parry is a clown. En Rafa que confiamosComment
