I was in the Anny Road end for the FA Cup game against the gooners, and I was pretty sure there was a fair amount of monkey chanting every time Henry was on the ball.

Wasn't that near me though, so I was able to convince myself that it was some weird acoustics thing

I was there although down the Kop end of the main stand, and it was just booing as I remember it, although that's not to say it could've been something else where you were.

Only racism I've heard from our fans was Chelsea away last season, this group of nobeds I've seen a few times bunked in (the group that the obnoxious 'girl' with curly hair goes about with) were calling a few Chelsea players niggers, singing **** about Maureen having aids, and saying he couldn't wait for the Manc game 'Munich, Munich!'. *****.

It's very, very sad and upsetting that "Ethnic" fans have to put up with this. Moreover, they feel it could keep them away from games.

Out of interest, does anybody of "Ethnic" origin have a better or preferred word than "Ethnic" as personally, something about it just doesn't sound right.

BTW I am pissed and certainly don't want to cause offence, so if I am, please pull me up. I also don't want this to turn into a "race" post or any such like. Just seemed like an opportune moment.
