Rafa won't put out a weak side - he'll get the job done in the first half and take players off to rest them.

He was a great free transfer at the time, considering he'd just had a good season at Middlesborough, but the injuries didn't help him. Once your knee goes as a footballer you are never the same.

I can see him going to PSV in the summer, so he might want to put on a performance against them tonight. On the other hand, he might not.

honest lad and all that but he is terrible i hate to see him playing when he came on in the first leg i thought for a spell of about five mins psv started to come at us and get the better of us in midfield coincidence?? then he had to go left back and we sured up again! id love to see fowler get a good run out he could start to get more games now if were gona be resting players in the league!

This match looks tailor made for Robbie IMO. We could rest a striker, Kuyt is suspended, enter Robbie.

Gonzo and Riise are our best pairing on the left IMO and they will get better with more matches together. We should bring Zenden on only when the game is won.

Bench: SG, Crouch, Mascharano, Finnan, Carra, Dudek, Zenden

That team should be able to beat PSV.
Stevie G gets a - very necessary IMO, rest.
Crouch to come on for Robbie with 60 minuts gone and pose a better aerial threat with crosses coming in from JP and MG.

Haven't a breeze as to what Rafa will go for, but he won't **** it up.
