I'd have to say Everton to be honest, two reasons;

It'd be hilarious to see them play in the qualifiers (not the champions league as they say) and watch them got knocked out again. I remeber being in Tesco in Old Swan the day after they were knocked out of the qualifiers,a nd some blue nose was standing there talking to his mate saying it was Liverpool's fault that they got knocked out the "Champions League" (it was the qualifier). Bitter ****!

Arsenal not to get in the CL would be good, especially after the mysterious salmonela amongst the Spurs players last season.
